Everything worked. The staff is extremely valuable, they respond quickly to the guest's wishes. The hotel is extremely clean. The room service works excellently, and delicious food, and beautifully served. The support staff is always ready to help you (cleaning the room, carrying your luggage...) They are always present and friendly at the reception. There is a wonderful view of the holy river Ganga. The terrace offers a wonderful view of nature and temples.

At first I stayed in a room in the garden which was very cute and the view was fascinating. However 2nd day, behind my bed - inside the wall maybe- there was something moving and making noise. Probably a mouse. I let the staff know and they were super helpful, moved me to a bigger and more upstairs room which was amazing. The staff was very kind, helpful all the time. Whenever I needed something (hair dryer, food in the night, taxi call) they helped me immediately. I definitely recommend.

We need to consider the overall conditions in India. The hotel offers excellent service compared to the others around it. It is the newest hotel with good sanitary and energy services. The price is relatively high compared to the other hotels out of India. Please, consider that all prices are without taxes. The Breakfast is simple and good.

Nice and spacious room. Right over the river and Laxman jhula. Great view. Hotel staff was helpful and sweet. Laxman Jhula area is nice, with good crowd and plenty of shops and cafes Crowd is a bit lesser than some other

The view on Ganga is amazing and the location perfect. The room was spacious, very comfortable and clean. Surya, the manager, was extremely kind and made sure my stay was perfect, which it definitely was. I will come for sure.
